Institutional Harmony but........Part 1

Reporting/Writing No.3

By this dispatch , let me also facilitate & enable the viewers & observers to go through the Comments of Provincial Management Service (PMS Probationers) Officers of province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa & Baluchistan Civil Service (BCS Probationers) officer of province of Baluchistan, with whom I remained associated during their training sessions held in & arranged by the Pakistan Provincial Services Academy Peshawar. I believe that thereafter I may not be required to add more to my profile except the comments which I earnestly need, from all those who know my person & those expert in assessing, to judge as to whether a person of such a profile, at this juncture of his career, representing FATA at Islamabad High Court can enter into corrupt practices as held by the Judicial Commission of Pakistan. I would also welcome the comments of those, even anonymous, who either believe or entertain doubts about my character or career including corruption. Let me add a single line that I was declared corrupt when Mr. Justice Anwar Khan Kasi, Judge IHC & Chief Justice designate nodded or affirmed before the Hon’ble Judges(Members Judicial Commission) that Justice Afridi is in the habit of receiving bribe through Mr. Sher Afzal Khan Advocate, a practicing lawyer & member of Islamabad High Court Bar Association. I am waiting for a fair, just & prompt response.

  1. He has excellent teaching experience, honest to his job. He has remained superb responsible and experienced and well-reputed Judicial Officer in K.P.K. He has charming and encouraging personality. He is wise, sober and courageous knowledgeable person. He performed excellent duty as Justice of Islamabad High Court. His role in establishing district Judiciary Islamabad can never be forgotten but will always be appreciated. He has also performed great role in growing and grooming Islamabad High Court. Aspersion of corrupt practices will prove false, fictitious and fabricated one.

He should not loose his courage and hope. Allah will bless him in near future.
